This quotation from the Swedish reformer has been the introduction to most of my training sessions during more than 20 years.

By transferring knowledge and experiences in how to work in projects the foundation is laid for a genuine change in behaviour and a common view on project work in the organisation.

The result is project members understanding and acting in their role as well as projects that meet their agreed upon expectations.

Training objectives

Projecticon's objective is to ensure that every project member, regardless ofposition, feels confident in the assigned role. There must be a clearunderstanding of what is expected of the project member and what he/she canexpect from colleagues. This creates courage in the project work Every projectmember sees the need for supportive tools and methods and knows how to handlethem. This also means that each individual shall be prepared to assume differentroles in different projects with the same confidence.

Internal training

The internal training as based on the attendees' actual situation and istailored both according to their environment and actual project assignments .The training is typically given to representatives from across the organisationcreating a feeling of improved co-operation as well as creating homogeneity inproject groups.
